Her expertise spans data management, technology integration, regulatory strategy, and client engagement at all levels including community, regional, and national financial institutions.
Prior to joining Berwyn, Jennifer served as a consultant at Peak Consulting, where she advised financial institutions on risk and compliance strategies, negotiated enterprise contracts, and delivered board-level training. Her career also includes senior roles at Fiserv, Crown Bank, Old National Bank, and KleinBank, where she consistently guided organizations through evolving regulatory requirements while implementing innovative compliance and operational solutions.
